We do not provide refunds. You can only exchange your order.

In-store purchases: Exchange valid within 7 days from bill date.
Online orders: Exchange valid within 7 days from delivery date.
📦 Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
In original condition – unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact
Accompanied with the bill/receipt
Not purchased during sale or discount offers
👉 Once we receive your exchange product, we will contact you. You must confirm the product you want in exchange within 3 days, otherwise the exchange will not be processed.
🚚 Delivery Charges
If exchange is requested due to customer’s mistake (wrong size/order), a ₹120 delivery charge will apply.
📏 Sizes & Categories
Exchange will only be provided in the sizes and categories we deal in.
Very small or very large sizes may not be available.
Exchange can only be done for the available sizes at the time of request.

🎥 Important Collection Instructions
When the delivery boy comes to collect your parcel, please record a short video while packing it.
Ensure the parcel is sealed in front of you by the delivery boy. If he refuses, do not hand over the parcel and contact us immediately.
❌ Without video and sealing, exchange will not be possible later.
